SUZIE HRV Wearable:
An Overview of Observational Data
The preliminary data observed from SUZIE
HRV users highlights its potential to support
well-being. These observations are based on
a small sample size of five users, including
three individuals aged 75 and older. While
this dataset is limited, it provides insights
into potential outcomes worthy of further
investigation.
Current market-leading wearables like
Whoop derive data from a diverse pool of
over two million users, primarily consisting
of athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Notably,
Whoop does not report physiological data for
users aged 65 and above. In contrast, SUZIE
HRV’s early results focus specifically on
older adults, presenting a unique perspective
on wearable efficacy in this underserved
demographic.
Observed Data from SUZIE HRV Users:
Ron, Age 75: HRV scores range from 38 to
191, with an average of 115.
Tony, Age 76: Initial HRV score of 113,
achieving a high of 233 and an average of 172.
Brian, Age 83: HRV average of 114, with a
maximum of 141.
These users are not gym enthusiasts, do not
use pharmaceutical medications, and have
reported improved physiological scores that,
in some cases, surpass normative values for
much younger populations. One user,
diagnosed with colon cancer, voluntarily
discontinued treatment yet maintained
strong HRV performance.
